A "confirm" button when hitting End Turn

Postby LPhillips » Thu Mar 24, 2011 6:49 am

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes I click things by mistake. I'd like to see a little "yes I'm sure" sort of thing on End Turn. I just ended one halfway through making my moves.......

I could see this getting annoying.

Would there be any way to have it happen only if you still had movement left on units? If you've set them to attention (either with the stop sign or the ! in a triangle), those wouldn't count.

It should exist already.
When in a game, try to open MAIN-> Settings, and see if the "Ask before ending turn when END TURN is pressed" is checked?

Then I need to report a bug: that menu is not accessible when it is not your turn.

Would that setting carry over to all my games?

Absolutely nothing was happening. But it's not uncommon for me to see a lot of errors with the top menu since switching to Chrome. Sometimes there are just empty slots where some of the menu items should be.

It worked fine when I tested it again. Sorry, I don't have a clue so far what triggers the menu errors in Chrome. Could be a loading error, but the game works fine otherwise.
