Russian latters

I would like to return the Russian letters (Cyrillic alphabet) in personal correspondence and game letters, if possible. I think many other players would like it.

What happens right now if you send those letters to someone? I'm not sure what we need to do to allow cyrillic characters but I'll write it down as something that we should look at. Our å ä ö that Sweden have seems to work fine so I thought all special characters work.

Here's one of my messages at Russian (below). That was very good to write Russian between Russian-speaking players in personal mail. Also very good in game mail. Now we havn't in both.
