Seeing Team Heroes

I wish for an easy way to learn about the heroes belonging to my team mates. Where are they located? What skills do they have?

If they are nearby, it might make sense to trade items, etc.

Yes. Definitely. When defending cities, you could check what their stats are and what items they have and then put in units to supplement that.

Seeing UL for allied heroes would also be useful so you know if he can explore that level 3 ruin in between you and him, or if you have to send your own hero to do it.

May be also to see teammates fights? Might be interesting to see situation.

You should be able to do that now. In the battle history screen click on the multiple shield symbol and all your team battles come up. You can replay them just like you replay your own battles.
