I remember in DLR, where it was possible to use and invest points in magic. Do you have plans to add something like this to the game?
Brainstorming some magics:
- raise defense until your next turn.
- change X squares area settings (to any area you want) to the end of your turn (this way, it would be impossible to block paths with lava or mountains).
- increase move for next turn.
- bless units to make them invisible for a few turns, disappears when stacked with others.
- raise UL for a few turns.
- deal one hit to 25% of the units (random + no heroes) in the enemy stack.
- scout area chosen on the map (enemy player will get to know from the "what happened since last turn"-screen, and scouted area has a frame around it until next turn).
Could be for a certain (new) hero type or all heroes, some having some spells from birth, other others. Possible to find new ones in ruins and level up mana as a stat with UL, intelligence, build and the others. 2 per stat, 1 reload per day (perhaps more with a wizard/unicorn/something else in stack or for the magician hero), spells pretty expensive and not overly powerful. A good artifact would be better than a good spell.
