Free from attacks

I think it would be very nice to have an option where you could set the number of turns where only neutrlas could be attacked. I have played a few games where someone is out within 5 turns.

So I think this would be a very nice option.

Hopefully once Fog of War and Hidden Map options are in this won't be such a problem.

It would also help if players got more than 1 unit initially.
