Prompt for city wall upgrades

I been doing silly mistakes at city info page by pressing enter key instead of exit out page. This result automatic city wall upgrade. Would be possible to put a prompt to ask whether want to upgrade city wall.

You can already exit out of upgrades you did with the Buy button by clicking the city menu Cancel button.

I've also accidentally upgraded walls before. I've done the same with buying production too. But none of it takes effect until you close the entire city info page with the OK button. If you use the Cancel button everything gets canceled (all upgrades + production buys).

So there is in effect a confirmation with the OK button needed after using the Buy button. I don't think it would make sense to have a confirmation on the OK button when you can switch between menus and do multiple upgrades (walls, production, vectoring) at once.
