Auto-surrender warning and Team sittters

1. The game should send an automated chat message one turn before auto-surrender.
2. It should be possible to enter a team name as a sitter, making every team member a sitter.

Our new team members suffered some frustration recently, which is never good thing in order to keep the new players. People went on holiday in a hurry and did not prepare. Since the established team members were still entered as sitters from several month ago, and since only 3 sitters are allowed, the new members entered each other as sitter, but since all were away, no one could sit the games.

One of them managed to move while away, but left his turn to run out of time to prolong the game until his return - and then the game auto-surrendered. The experienced players did not warn, since we misinterpreted the info page that "2" meant 2 time-outs were allowed, but only one time out is allowes, as the second time-out means auto-surrender already!

The auto-surrender was especially frustrating since it occurred in a team game, were another team member had away-time on and was paying to delay the time, but the new player still auto-surrendered, because he was not aware that this could happen at all.

Sure, it was all our own fault for lack of coordination and understanding the auto-surrender rules, but I think team sitters and an automated chat message 1 turn before auto-surrender ought to be easy to implement and avoid this frustration for other teams and new players.
