How to make all the Map Water

Ho can I change a blank map into full Water. Is it possible with one ckick?

You can use the squaretool. Click in one corner then diagonaly in the other. But its a quite heavy process for the scripts so it will take a while to complete the calculation. You might want to do it in a couple of steps to avoid the browser to hang.
