Credits refund

I ran a script today that added credits to all the accounts that spent credits on heroes and who payed the slightly higher cost for gold / silver account. You can see the transactions under credits report (which might need to change name since our choice of name it made someone laugh )

I had a bug in the script the first time I ran it so some people got more credits back than you should. No need to report that.
