Message Icon Not Flashing

Looks like the message icon no longer flashes when you have unread in-game mail.

I have encountered that bug too: Sometimes it blinks, sometimes it doesnt. I already missed some rather important messages from my allies , so I paid some more attention to this, and it definitely does not blink any more! The first game where I noticed this for sure is "Matched100" but it also happens in normal games (i.e. not having simultaneous movement).

Happens to me too.

Seems to be fine in FFA games.

I've only noticed it in team ladder games.
