Looks terrific. Can't wait to try it out.

My only quibble is that I not a huge fan of all these really limited production maps. I wish there were more options available in the cities.

The production isn't really that limited. I just cut out any production that doesn't fit the area the city it is in (yetis only in snow, no scorpions in the snow, etc.). Also some units are limited to maybe 8 cities (demons, devils, dragons, etc. ) So, if you capture one of those cities, it is special.

Well I consider it limited when I can only make 3 units in a city (a desert city only making Scorpions, Medusa, Sandworm). It's a major pain to defend such cities since there are no 1 turn defenders (Scouts, Lt/Hv Inf, Lt Calv etc.)

That's much different than only removing Desert creatures in the Snow or even Desert/Swamp/Hill/Woods creatures in the snow (which would still leave crows, scouts, Lt/Hv Inf, Lt/Hv Calv, Minos, Spiders, Crusaders etc as being available).
