Capture City Screen - Production Icon not working

I know you said this works. And indeed I see the icon in the lower left corner in 0.91 games when the city has limited production.

However when I mouse over it I don't get the message I expect. And if I click on it I don't get anything showing the limited production for the city. Instead what appears to happen is a menu gets displayed behind the capture city screen menu. I've tried refreshing the browser and even closing it entirely and restarting it and while I get back to the capture city screen the icon never does anything in terms of showing me the limited production.

Aha. Next time could you please leave the game and let me know and i can make a quick check/test...
