Game "Simul Carnage"

In the game "Simul Carnage" the game essentially took me out of the game because, I guess, I missed to many turns.

However, as a gold member, shouldn't I be allowed to miss at least 3 turns in a row. I would be a bit surprised if I indeed missed 4 turns.

I did not really "miss" the turns. I just did not press end turn because I did not have enough time to check whether I have done everything that is necessary. Games get very time consuming once you own nearly half of a huge map.

All of that is a bit annoying because I was in a decent position to win the game. Could you please check?

Looks like you are not goldmember but your account says it is a free account? Are you expected to be gold? Then i have to investigate more. On a side note you can still do actions in a sim game as long as there is someone still doing the turn. Aka Active turn.

Ok, the problem is as follows:

I am still able to use all gold features even though the membership must have expired at some point. Because I was still able to use the features, I did not realize that the membership expired. Hence, I got "defeated" after missing a turn twice. (PS: I still have enough credits, i.e., I could have easily prolonged it!)

Ok doesnt sound good for several reasons. I will investigate further when im back at my computer
Will restore your 18 lost ladderpoints then also.
