The center of your map (the 3 cities connected by roads) is not the center of the map. That will probably affect game balance quite a bit.

I see there is also very limited production in most cities. I know this is often done for theme reasons but it normally tends to really unbalance things. For example 3 Scorpion cities in the desert are much more valuable than 3 Yeti cities in the snow. The Scorpions fight a lot better due to their swarm bonus. This matters in long games where you can accumulate hordes of Scorpions. There are plenty of other types of units that suffer the same imbalance. This is why I am not a big fan of limited production unless you are only removing 1-3 units from a city. This can also cause cities to be empty when they are set to 'good/normal/powerful etc' and there are no good/normal/powerful units in the production list.

Could you go into the Control Map Settings menu and setup the map for team play (4v4, 3v3, 2v2 etc). Right now it's all random and that will make team games on this map impossible to balance out.
