Hero in Water

Did you change a 'hero in a ship' to now give some of his bonus's in Beta3?

I was attacked in the water by a Dreadlord hero (non-flying) and he gave his +1 command to his stack but not his +1 stack bonus.

I thought no units gave bonus's when in a ship.
