In one of my early version games the battle strength was miscalculated. Look at one of the last round city captures from Xenocide.

I looked. Not sure if I found the right battle but there was one battle where xenocide attacked the city: Arkona.

You had +28 anti air and it was calculated as +28. If there is something else that looks weird I need more description to find it.

It is the last city battle at Flowing Tears where I attacked Xenocide. The strength on my catapult should have been 58 but it was 60.

You have +10 from dragon and +28 from leadership so +38 which is caped at 30. So 30 seems right.

Is there a cap at 30 or is it 40? Be cause i had attacking bonus +10 too.

+30. Which is already probably a bit high as I'd prefer to see it be 25 like Warlords was.

I assume the land bonus and attacking defensive bonus is excluded.

Yes. Group based bonuses (except antiair) are caped at 30. Personal bonuses still apply.
