Bug with In-Game Message Notification

My account page shows I have a message awaiting for me in game 47307, but when I go in, there is no message.

Want to make sure I'm not missing any critical message...

For me it showed a new message when I entered the game,:
"Erotavlas to all (Turn 111, 2 hours ago):"

Seems to be a bug on the turncounter of the message though
