Towerbonus to crows

I would like to see the crows get a tower bonus!
Scouts have plus five against flying units, but attacking crows when they are inside a tower should be more difficult.
Possibly could also the LI get the tower bonus.

There are 0 wall towers that don't provide benefit to any unit.

There is few units that have bonus when fighting in towns, minotaurs, spiders and griffins, but none of their bonuses apply in towers.
No units have a towerbonus.
So i thought, which units would benefit from fighting from inside a tower, and the answer i came up with is crows and light infantry.

All the buildings have the same bonus as the terrain they are built on. So if you have a tower built on Grassland, horses gain their standard bonus, if the tower is built on hills, then dwarves etc have their bonus. This is different from City´s since a city is its own type of terrain so to speak...

One caveat is that you can't build towers on razed cities so you can't ever get a city terrain bonus in a tower.

But if you could, what would happen if you rebuild the city when the Tower was there?

You shouldn't be able to rebuild the city if there is a tower there. You would need to raze it first just like you can't rebuild a city until you kill any neutral/enemy armies sitting on it.
