cant join multi-player game

Sorry but new toall this so please excuse if this is a basic mistake, but a friend has created a password protected game. I can see it in the list, but when I click on 'join game' nothing happens. Is there something I am missing?

Welcome to Warbarons!

You should get a popup asking you for the password to the game. If you aren't then something is wrong. What browser are you using on what kind of machine (PC, MAC, Tablet etc).

Thanks for the welcome, I started with firefox, but have been told that chrome works better. I click but get no pop up. My friend suggests that I have to reply to a authentication email, cant remember if I done that, if not can i prompt a resend of the emil?
