Played a couple of games on this map now.

1) I think you should extend the Lava block all the way to the city on the coast so that you have to own the city or go on the water to get around it with flyers. The reason is that the players going later in the turn are VERY vulnerable to crow / eagle raids on like turn 3-4 when you hardly have any armies because all the neutrals have multiple defenders in them.

2) I would also suggest you set the Shipwreck ruin in each players home 'bay' to be gold. The reason is a lucky draw of multiple Serpents/Krakens (which happened on turn 5 in one of my games) and you win the game because there are so many coastal cities that can't be easily defended early on.

Those 2 changes stop the 'cheap win' problem that plagues a lot of small maps. That way games last long enough for the outside cities in the desert to matter.
