battle screen and map don't match, game stuck

There was a big hero battle where I attacked with an 8-stack including two heroes to a city with 3 heroes in it. I ended up winning with just one lone hero left. In the map the city was empty and my hero seemed dead along with everyone else. I refreshed and from then on the game just gets stuck at the loading screen.

Name of the game is "EU" and game id 6723. It is an 8 player free for all on one of the europe maps, ladder

The same thing happened again, with the same hero. Now the game works but the hero is gone and his items lying on the ground
