Hero Icon is Blank

All my Hero Icons in Beta are just blank squares with a flag. Also, my other Icons kind of have a white square surrounding them no matter what terrain they are in.

Sounds like a cache issue. Have you tried deleting all webbrowser cache/offline files?

Different Browsers (Firefox, IE)

This must be a cache issue.

Those unit graphics are all beta2 graphics. Beta3 games use all new graphics for the units.

I cleared Firefox cache.
I never played warbarons on IE before (new PC)
Maybe it is cached between server and my PC

There is a option to choose which graphics pack to use in the database. All users are assigned with the same set (the only set we have) but somehow you didn't have any graphics set assigned. If you logoff and then back in you should get proper graphics now.
