What do you think about this solution? Moved Upper Ashhold 2 squares to the east and made a rougher road to Lush Valley.
I also moved green capital 1 square to the west.

Yeah I like the look of that a lot better. Now if Green wants to move there early then they sacrifice expansion pretty much anywhere else so it's highly doubtful that's the first or even second city targeted.
