how to toggle away from simultaneous turns, in solo-play?

All my solo-play games are launching in simultaneous-turn mode, and I would much rather play in sequential-turn mode.

I cannot discover how/where to toggle this behavior. Is it possible?

Look on the create new game screen where you type in the game name.

Right above that is a drop down that says 'Turns'. The choices are separate, simultaneous and real-time. Make sure you have separate selected before you create the game.

P.S. Note that it's been forever since I did an AI only game so it may be that in AI games, all the AI's move at the same time and only your turn is separate.
