I vote for all the cities of a surrendering player to be auto-razed.

In a community, you rely on some element of sportsmanship. I expect to see the same tradition continue. Right now I'm about done with all non-password FFA games because I'm tired of people dropping out halfway. Setting the time limit to 24hrs mitigates the effects of that problem, but it's a hard exchange. Sportsmanship, to me, includes courtesy for other players and fair competition. I would like to see some features remain optional due to the opportunity for abuse.

Sportsmanship. I'm experiencing two players ganging up on me right now in a FFA match. Truth be told, it's the only chance they have and it's still not a very strong one. It's not really abusive and I enjoy the challenge. But if they were to feed each others' heroes, they would be abusing the system in a really foul, unsportsman-like way. Self-razing can just be a nice feature as long as it is not abused similarly. But I don't expect to allow it in games with strangers.

For me its just a question of taste and raze/no raze belongs into the game settings - but independant from this I agree that a leaving players cities should be razed, if not completely vanquished.

One scenario that I see is: Two players could always team up and one leave after a while and tell the other where his stuff is located, the larger a community the more stuff like that happens, specially if you can gain ranks by it.
