step on an off a ruin

KGB as an aside i love chrome for warbarons. ive told you before but i think its the best for the game.

as for this issue, i find sometimes i dont get the reward if i am out of moves or move off and back on to end in zero. i also get my allies to step off the ruin and that seems to help sometimes too. I am glad that snotling is going to fix this. if beta4 wasnt so close id vote to have this fixed in beta3.
