Hero experiences barter

I would will to suggest after the hero reach the capped level (level 10) could we use the excess experiences to be converted into gold or "prestige" to recruit allies.

The level cap is 18 right now (as far as I know), and that almost never comes into play. If you are doing well enough to get a hero that high without cheating/exploiting/feeding, then you already have the victory. No one really develops heroes beyond 14 to 16.
