Active Neutrals

Active Neutrals

Is it possible to introduce an option to make Neutrals more active than now ?

For instance, to allow them to produce some additional units after an attack ?

In Beta4 there will be Active Neutrals.
However a Neutral city can only be activated in 2 ways:
1. It will be Activated by a Citystate
2. It is owned by a player who takes surrender (then all his cities will become Active) - and his capital will become a Citystate

Citystate:
A Citystate will activate one nearby Neutral city per turn, making it Active, i.e. producing units.

Im also thinking about to add the possibility to set Neutral cities as Active or Citystates on a map in the mapeditor.

Its added in Beta4 now :-)

But you need to remember that setting a city as Active in the mapeditor will cause that city to start producing troops straight away! :-)
