Please replace earlier version with this. Goblins increased in power, a few more Beta4 additions added. Teams fixed (although the code isn\'t in place for them yet.) Also, please remove \"(ver 6)\" in title if able.

Biggest change was changing Carrock from impossible-to-crack Griffons to conquerable new-to-beta4 Eagles. So that gives the Goblins another obtainable city in their home area. Also fits in better with the story, given that Carrock has Eagles in the books.

I am playing the goblins and am getting killed. Lost good units to that griffon, but I won. The city had no decent quick unit, so when the Iron Hills player showed up in force on turn 4, he easily took it away, and moved on to my capitol and took that too. Iron Hills got to move before me, which is a big advantage. The Shire player also moves before me, and is knocking. I lost the battle for Rivendell against the neutral, and now the Shire player has it. Early two front war, and both of the opponents moved sooner in the turn order and really have no one else to fight? Goblins don\'t have a prayer.

Game move-order is randomized at gamestart, so thats not dependent on the map.

I've won playing the Goblins -- but I agree, they are the hardest starting location.

I'm continuing to make improvements in their position, but I'm trying to keep true to Tolkien's world, so it can be a challenge. I'll look into putting another Goblin city up there.

Nice Map, but i think the Darkside Towns are in to adventage Positions. Mordor and Isengard can defend the best positions whith one Town.
