I admire the composition on this map. I\'m on a non-symmetrical kick so I won\'t vote until I\'ve play tested. Host a game?

You know, I really enjoyed playing on this before. In spite of the spawn difficulty and the way I missed a turn then got sandworm'd :)
So I'm curious: what changes did you make this time around?

No changes, this was the version you played in LP, just bumped to the top with the last comment. It might make you happy to hear that in the other hosted game I got a taste of my own medicine as I was in a similar position and will be sandwiched out of the game shortly. I will make a few of the changes we all discussed in that game, a few speed breaks in sand, a teeny bit more open terrain in the starting pods, maybe a bit more perforations in the ridges for a couple places that are harder to navigate to, just little things. I will definitely host a game when I finish a 6.0 version. If you play test it Unimedia, don't forget your sandworm transportation. ;-)

Playing a 3 vs. 3 game right now, I think it would be interesting for the teams to be defined by which side of the river you are on which is not how it is in the game i\'m in.

Moonknight, the option for this will most likely come in next version - we are actually working on the code for it right now ;-)

Remove the movement temples, makes Sand Worms move to far as all grounds are rods for them.
The ridges are in essence nice looking mountains, a little to good for fliers. Not much to do about that I guess unless using ugly lava.
It is really nice with the spread out neutrals units, please add some more.
And add a weak defender of the bless temple perhaps.

Thank you all for the feedback.

As for starting positions SnotlinG said it's now in the next version as 0.8 has provided said code :D hooray, no more having 1 player sandwiched, now divided across river in 3v3.

@ theVic - I will implement your suggestions on nixing the move temples and adding a defender to the bless temple.

It is really nice with the spread out neutrals units, please add some more.

I am unclear what you are asking here, more total cities or more of the existing cities with random production ooor
are you refering to the decorative neutrals off in the corners  . I guess having a few within the play area might offer some easy experience for heroes.

Regarding ridges, I'm considering using the new 0.8 features to remove flier production altogether, then only ally offers would have that advantage.
