Having a 'Kill the enemy leader' game sounds like fun to me. The participants could agree on a specific hero class at the start of the game (paladin, dreadknight or valkyrie). Everyone would take their starting hero and choose the agreed on class, then take only heroes of the other two types for the rest of the game. The paladin seems like the obvious Caesar to me.
Hopefully there will be more victory condition options introduced in some future beta. I am making a scenario based on the old game Gemfire. But, victory in that game revolves around capturing the other players' gems, and I couldn't figure any way to mimic that with the current scenario triggers
