Viewing Battle Rolls causes Occupy Screen not to appear

Pretty much as the title says.

I captured a neutral city. After the battle ended, I clicked the 'i' button to look at the battle rolls because I wanted to see if the lone Orc killed my lead unit by dice roll or assassination. After looking at that and closing out the battle screen, I did not get the Occupy City menu and my hero was sitting in the city but it was still neutral.

Thankfully a refresh of the browser was all it took to get the Occupy City screen.

I just tried to replicate it, but for me it worked.
