Jeremy,

Just finished an 8 player FFA game on this map.

The Demon that Mordor gets on turn 1 in Minus Morgul is just too good. I easily used it to wipe out a couple of other sides by accumulating 3 of them by turn 10 in my hero stack and slaughtering anything in my path. A few turns and Demons later and I wiped out the rest of my nearby neighbors.

The game was eventually determined by both sides having Demons which on this limited gold/army map is just incredible when 3-4 of them are 65+ strength and everything else is 20. You can easily blow through 24 enemy units losing only 1 Demon.

Perhaps in the next Beta if Demons are toned down you can go back to putting one in Minus Morgul. Until that time I highly recommend taking it out of there (replacing with Spiders or ironically even a Devil since there is little for it to Negate and will mostly just be a -2 fear unit). If there are demons in any other city (I think there may be in Moria) they should come out of there too.

Or at least Mordor mustn\'t get Demon (and other flying units) in the initial army on the first move. A giant would be more reasonable
