So I might be a bit biased being that I just got my capital razed before my second turn (by you in fact) but i feel it should be a bit harder to get at everyones capitals. I had an unlucky expansion and didn't even have a turn to produce one unit to defend and feel it should be harder to be so crippled after only one turn (especially since I don't think it would be possible to do to whoever went first).
