Out of Sync Error causes auto-raze

Game name: tatteredAndBattere. In my first turn I was to attack a city but got out of the game for a few hours and when I came back - forgot to refresh the client. Result: Out of Sync Error and city automatically razed.

Had to rebuild it with gold from the first ruins. Not the best of starts :/

Note: it's also a first game where I encounter defenseless neutral cities, but maybe it's just how the author designed the map (Shattered)

Edit: I'm not sure, but now it looks like it was only a graphical glitch (instead of a graphic for a ruined city a default placeholder got displayed, then after I "conquered" it, it reverted to the proper image).
