"Find"-function in game + change turn rules in team games

In team games it can get pretty annoying with all the "the city just north of the city by that watch tower"-directions and also, looking after city names in big maps with loads of cities. Been thinking a little about it and got an idea. How about a function like that of ctrl+f? Just open the to menu, choose one of the categories and then click search.
But I don't know about programming. Maybe this not so important function would take time from the more important stuff.

About the turn rule in team games, it might be better if the team had one turn and a player that clicks "end turn" just makes "1/3 end turns", if it's a 3vs3.
The player is still allowed to move troops, send gold, raze cities, accept hero offers etc, since it still is the teams turn.
I believe that this function could improve the coordination in team play.

I don't see any obvious down-side to these features. The pros speak for themselves.

Good ideas, will add them to the todo-list.
Too late for 0.8 though! :-)
