Ruin respawn gives away starting location

I'm playing a 1v1 on a multi-start map.

On turn 4 a ruin respawned and thanks to the indication of where it is I now know which start spot my opponent got. A big advantage to know where to send my crows or know which direction I don't need to guard against his crows.

It's probably a bit of work, but it would be nice if every ruin could have a flag for every player in the game (so potentially 8 flags per ruin in an 8 player game) to indicate whether that player has ever unfogged the ruin. If they have they can get the respawn notice. If they haven't then they shouldn't get it.

A small (and quick) change has been made to only allow ruin respawn starting from turn 9 instead.
Your proposed change would take a bit more of work, so might implement it a bit later :-)
