Teams: private subforums

How about private subforums for teams within this forum? The message system is quite nice for small conversations but lacks for larger topics... f.e. strategy talk for concrete games with posted pictures etc.

It would be very nice to have a "Team Forum" for each team with 3(?) or more members. It could turn into a lot of information for the server to store, so there might need to be some kind of limit and a delete option for team captains (who should have moderator powers for that forum).

I would love this, even if it would only work for teams that contain at least 1 gold member or 2 silver members (or >= 49% premium members, where each gold counts twice). ;)

That is a very interesting dynamic. So team leaders must manage the status of members in some way to keep the forum, and also must be wary of letting new members in unless they are financial contributors? That is, if a team may lose its forum (perhaps in a semi-annual cleanout session).

That seems like a fairly non-offensive way to encourage team players (who are probably consistent users) to become financial contributors. It might be a bit management intensive for all involved, but that's probably balanced by the requirements' tendency to keep server load low.
