Re-Vector Bug

This turn in one of my games I captured a new city on the front lines.

I have a city that has 4 units being vectored to it behind that one. So I went to the re-vector menu and attempted to move all 4 vectors to my new city. To my surprise I got a message saying I can't re-vector until I select production in my city. What I didn't realize is I pillaged the city and forgot to buy new production. So once I bought production I could re-vector the units.

I don't think any game id is needed here since any pillaged city should be able to re-produce this one.

Fixed in version 0.9

It might be possible to move 1 vector at a time to a city thats not producing anything in v 0.8. I havent tried this though.

I believe you can do it one at a time, the re-vectoring seems to give me problems in other circumstances too, not just to new pillaged cities.

I've seen this too, but only when I have no production either due to pillaging, or destroying before a city gets taken. You can move the vectors by determining the city of origin from the vector map, going to that city and changing the vector from there. A little bit of a pain, but it doesn't prevent you from changing the vector.
