My all-time favorite. Great for FFA or 2v2. Some suggested lower-left is slightly harder to win but I didn\'t note significant difference over 15+ games on this map. Thanks Darkh!

It's not the lower left it's the upper left (Black) that is disadvantaged by having to move across 3 terrain types while all other sides only have to deal with 2. The Snow terrain to get to the upper right city is the hardest terrain of all to move over (no 1 turn bonus unit) and the Demon/Devil city cuts off part of their area.

It's just enough of a disadvantage that I can't recall ever seeing the Black player win a 1v1 game from there or a 4 player FFA. The only time I've won as Black was the team game against you and Smursh where my teammate did all the work acquiring 3X as many cities as the rest of us combined.

It is just as KGB says. Close inspection of the map reveals it is not a "balanced" setup at all. A few tweaks might be enough, just a short road or two.
