1) My suggestion is when a game is created to have option to invite someone to the game.

2) Other suggestion is when someone is online to be shown somehow in the list of players games (highlighten shield for example of special coulur)

3) and another thing make skype.icq or facebook ect. notfication if it's your turn on a game

1) You can already invite someone to a game by simply sending them a message to their account. Also, when you join a game there is an array of buttons between the section telling you who is participating and the 'Launch' button at the bottom. You can select from Facebook, E-mail, Twitter, Linked|in, and Google Buzz.

2) When someone is viewing the game then their shield is highlighted green. Also, if they are actively taking their turn then their actions will appear in the real time activity bar.

You can also make "friends" and see when they are online all the time!
