out of sync error - game stuck

I'm playing blue During turn #10 I have attacked London just captured by other player and game stop responding due to mysterious out of sync error. When I attacked the cloud war has appeared and info to post this bug here
For me the reason is N.A.P. offer canceled which is not refreshed when attacking other player

Help and fix it please as I would like to capture this castle

after 10 minutes I captured the city - only annoying is that game stuck for a while

Yes, no more problems, not including some additional steps needed for a game synchronization.
I've read somewhere that you would like to know what is triggering game bugs, so there it is.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Send N.A.P. offer to Player A
2. Cancel N.A.P offer to Player A
3. Attack Player A and you got the out of sync error message and game hang out

"The game is out of sync with the server. Trying to load back data from the server now.
If you notice any specific bug causing out of sync errors, please report this on the forum."

Temporary Resolution:
1. Close the window with hanging game in your browser
2. Reopen the game again - you will have already battle ended and you can read only the report, besides that no other strange behaviors observed

FYI the bug has been fixed and tested in version 0.9 now
