Bring Back W II Deluxe Upkeep Feature

In W II Deluxe, any units hired with a Hero had no upkeep costs. I'd like to see that added to Warbarons. Hired units are expensive enough.

Also, it would be useful to have all of a units attributes show up on the detailed stack display, including Upkeep and Movement. As it is now, movement does not show up. This makes it difficult to tell whether or not a unit has been movement blessed.
